Well..Hello noobs 

I was wondering if you guys could add a partyhat minigame , Cause people ask " Where can i get phat" "Buying Phat"

Well...I was wondering why not make a party hat mini-game?

It could be in 25 wild or so [Increases Pking]

Maybe could be done by in tokkul? Add the npc shop guy to the wild...Make some barriers..Add some npcs and boom ; A great mini-game (;
