Well..Hello noobs  ;D

I was wondering if you guys could add a partyhat minigame , Cause people ask " Where can i get phat" "Buying Phat"

Well...I was wondering why not make a party hat mini-game?

It could be in 25 wild or so [Increases Pking]

Maybe could be done by in tokkul? Add the npc shop guy to the wild...Make some barriers..Add some npcs and boom ; A great mini-game (;

[Range Way]

1. Buy Black D'hide Set...

Includes [ Blk D'hide top , Vamps , Bottoms.

2. Buy Rune arrows \ Ice arrows <- Dark bow only!

Includes [500+ Rune arrows , 250 Ice arrows]

3. Buy a Ranger set..

Includes [ Ranger Boots , Ranger Hat] usually 3m GP each....3,000,000

Now for the inventory items.

1. Bring 8 prayer potions [ If your 99 PRAYER]

2. Bring 4 Range pots [ If your using Magic Bow] 2  for dark bow!

**Food Options**

1. 10 Mantas
